Contains a concentrated amount of bio-fermented kelp, Vitamin C, Organic Yerba Mate extract and Licorice Root extract, all focused to help with the puffy eye syndrome, as well as soothe, tone and hydrate the sensitive skin around the eyes.

Dosage
After cleansing, dab desired amount under the eyes and on each side where crows feet occur, ideal before bed at night and in morning before applying eye and day creams.
